Ingredients
- 150 g organic BUCKWHEAT (raw)
- 2 tablespoons organic HEMP SEEDS (unpeeled)
- 30 g puffed quinoa
- 50 g organic PUMPKIN SEEDS or almond flakes
- 40 g coconut chips
- 40 g fine:COCOA BEANS (ground)
- 20 g edel:COCOA POWDER (fine) or choco:MAGIC or kids-fit:CACAO
- 2 tablespoons tahini
- 90 g of noble:COCOA BUTTER
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 160 g honey
Here's how it's done:
- Melt cocoa butter.
- Add tahini, honey and vanilla and melt over heat for 3 minutes.
- Mix the fine cocoa varieties with buckwheat and all other ingredients and mix into the liquid mixture.
- Form the dough into about 20 balls and press them flat on baking paper.
- Allow to set in the refrigerator for at least 15 minutes before enjoying.
