Ingredients
- 1 small to medium-sized Chinese cabbage
- 1 orange
- 100 ml cream or vegan alternative
- 1 teaspoon curry
- 2 ML jamu:MAGIC
- 3 tablespoons organic apple balsamic vinegar
- 1 teaspoon honey or maple syrup
- A pinch of salt
Here's how it's done:
- Remove the outer Chinese cabbage leaves and cut off the bottom end about 2 cm thick.
- Halve the leaves lengthwise and cut into thin strips.
- Squeeze half of the orange and peel the other half and cut it into small pieces.
- Mix the orange juice, cream, honey, apple balsamic vinegar, curry and jamu:MAGIC and season with a little salt.
- Pour the dressing over the Chinese cabbage and mix well.
Tip: Stir in a few chopped walnuts if desired.
