Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons choco:MAGIC

  • 50 g chia seeds
  • 400 ml plant milk (e.g. almond milk or oat milk)
  • 2 Medjool dates, pitted, 1 dried fig
  • 4 tablespoons grated hazelnuts

Topping:

  • 1 banana, sliced
  • 1 fig, cut into pieces

Here's how it's done:

  1. Cut the pitted dates and figs into small pieces and puree them with plant milk in a blender until smooth and creamy.

  2. Chia pudding base: Add the chia seeds and choco:MAGIC to the mixed date-plant milk mixture in a bowl. Mix everything well until the chia seeds and chocolate powder are evenly distributed.
  3. Stir the grated hazelnuts into the mixture.
  4. Cover the mixture and let it sit in the refrigerator for at least 3-4 hours (or overnight) until it reaches a pudding-like consistency.
  5. Divide the choco:MAGIC chia pudding between two bowls. Garnish with banana slices and fig pieces.

Tip: If you like it even nuttier, you can lightly roast the hazelnuts before adding them to the mixture.
