Ingredients
- 40 g choco:MAGIC
- 2 teaspoons cinnamon
- 1 pinch of salt
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 tbsp psyllium husks (fine)
- 115 g of noble:COCOA BUTTER
- 60 g popped amaranth
- 20 g edel:COCOA POWDER fine
- 60 g fine:COCOA BEANS ground
- 100 g chopped hazelnuts
- 100 g sour cherries
- 100 g honey, agave syrup or date:SUGAR
- 100 g peanut butter or almond butter
- coconut flakes for rolling
Here's how it's done:
- edel:Melt the COCOA BUTTER in a saucepan over a water bath and mix well with all other ingredients.
- Press the mixture flat between two sheets of baking paper to a thickness of approx. 1 cm and sprinkle with coconut flakes.
- Place in the freezer for at least 15 minutes and then break or cut into pieces.
- Tip: Alternatively, it tastes wonderful with kids-fit:CACAO instead of choco:MAGIC
