Ingredients
- 1/2 cup (approx. 15 g) chia seeds
- 1 tbsp choco:MAGIC
- 1 pinch of salt
- 1/2 teaspoon Ceylon cinnamon
- 1 tbsp fine:COCOA BEANS ground
- 1 ripe banana (alternatively a ripe avocado)
- 100 ml plant-based milk (oat, almond, rice or coconut milk)
- 1 cup raspberries
- Sweeten to taste with sweetener: root, date syrup or maple syrup
Here's how it's done:
- Mix plant milk with banana or avocado until creamy.
- Mix chia seeds, choco:MAGIC, salt, cinnamon and stir into the creamy mixture.
- Stir in yacon syrup (sweet: ROOT), date or maple syrup until the desired sweetness is achieved.
- Finally, stir in 2/3 of the fresh or frozen raspberries.
- Leave to swell in the fridge until the mixture becomes a pudding.
- Sprinkle with raspberries and almonds and enjoy.
