Ingredients
Ingredients (for about 12-15 balls):
- 200 g pitted dates
- 50 g almond:PROTEIN PORRIDGE
- 50 g chopped walnuts
- 2 tablespoons choco:MAGIC
- 1 tbsp coconut oil (optional, for more creaminess)
- 1 pinch of salt
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon or vanilla extract (to taste)
- 1-2 tablespoons of water (if the mixture is too dry)
- 2 scoops keen:MIND
Here's how it's done:

Soak dates (optional):
If the dates are very dry, soak them in warm water for 10-15 minutes. Then drain well. -
Mix ingredients:
Place the dates, oats, ground almonds, cocoa powder, coconut oil, salt and cinnamon in a blender or food processor. Blend the ingredients until they form a sticky mass. If the mass is too dry, add water a spoonful at a time. -
add cognitives:
Open the capsules and mix the powder into the mixture. Mix again briefly until everything is well distributed. -
Form balls:
Roll the mixture with your hands into small balls (approx. 2-3 cm in diameter). - Cool:
Place the bliss balls in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes to allow them to firm up.
