Ingredients

  • 290 g organic BUCKWHEAT
  • 15 g fresh yeast
  • 200 ml of warm water
  • 50 g soy yogurt
  • 1 tbsp organic SUNFLOWER OIL
  • 1 teaspoon salt

Here's how it's done:

  1. Grind buckwheat finely.
  2. Dissolve yeast in warm water.
  3. Mix all other ingredients with the dissolved yeast in a bowl to form a smooth dough.
  4. Knead with a little flour until the dough is nice and soft.
  5. Divide the dough into 8 equal parts, shape into balls and roll them out, then cover and let rest in a warm place for 20 minutes.
  6. Heat some oil in a non-stick pan and bake the flatbreads for 3-4 minutes on each side.
