Ingredients
- 100 g oat flour (gluten-free)
- 2 tablespoons chia seeds
- 1 tbsp organic:FLAXSEED
- 1 tbsp organic BUCKWHEAT
- 2 tablespoons organic HEMP SEEDS (unpeeled)
- 2 tablespoons fine:COCOA BEANS (ground)
- 30 g dates
- 50 g peanut butter
- 3 tablespoons maple or agave syrup
- approx. 100 ml oat milk (gluten-free)
Here's how it's done:
- Preheat oven to 170°C fan.
- Cut pitted dates into small pieces.
- Finely grind oat flakes or use oat flour.
- Mix all ingredients together to form a sticky dough.
- If the dough is too dry, just add a little more oat milk. If it is too soft, just add a little more oat flour.
- Use a spoon to place about 16 small heaps of dough onto a baking tray lined with baking paper and press them flat with moistened hands.
- Bake for 25 minutes.
