Ingredients

  • 1 ripe banana
  • 1 small organic free-range egg (optional)
  • 4 tablespoons almond:PROTEIN PORRIDGE NATUR
  • 2 tablespoons chia seeds
  • 100-150 ml Barista
  • Some dark chocolate and fresh strawberries

Here's how it's done:

  1. Peel the banana and cut it into small pieces.

  2. Mix all ingredients in a blender to form a dough.
  3. If If you prepare the recipe without egg, add a little more barista to the dough.
  4. Bake in a non-stick pan over medium heat until golden brown.
  5. Melt dark chocolate and add some Barista. Whisk until creamy.
  6. Arrange the pancakes on a plate, garnish with chocolate sauce and strawberries and serve and enjoy.
