Ingredients

  • 2 ML keen:MIND
  • 2 cups rice or oat milk
  • 1 cup of oatmeal
  • 2-3 tablespoons of Manuka honey
  • 1 apple
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon


Here's how it's done:

  1. Heat 1.5 cups of rice or oat milk, add finely chopped apple, cinnamon, honey and oat flakes.
  2. Simmer gently until a thick porridge forms.
  3. Mix 1/2 cup rice flour with 2 ml keen:MIND and fold in.
