Ingredients for 4 pieces

25 g fine cocoa powder, deoiled
- 25 g carob protein
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 50 g ground almonds
- 1 organic free-range egg
- 150 g apple sauce
- Soak 3 tablespoons of agave syrup or 4 dates in warm water for 10 minutes and mix with approx. 50 ml of soaking water to form a paste.
Here's how it's done:

Preheat oven (145 degrees fan)
- Separate the egg, beat the egg white stiff and add the yolk with all other ingredients stir.
- Beat egg whites.
- Grease a small pan, pour in the dough and bake for about 20 minutes.
- Allow to cool completely and cut into pieces.
