Vegan-Greens: Protein Shake On Ice

A refreshing protein kick, very easy and quick to prepare. A very tasty supplier of fiber, energy and feeling of satiety. Refined with mint and chilled with ice cubes a perfect companion for hot days.

Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons vegan-greens:PROTEIN
  • 350 ml oat milk
  • juice of half a lemon
  • ice cubes
  • some fresh mint

Here's how it's done:

  1. Mix the greensPROTEIN with the oat milk and the freshly squeezed lemon juice in Shake JOY Blender bottle shaker.
  2. Put ice cubes in two glasses and pour the shake over them.
  3. Serve with fresh mint leaves.
