Tofu Scramble - best cooked on high Tripa (fire) 🔥

This recipe is best suited for the Tripa type as it contains easily digestible ingredients and promotes the flavor and heat that is beneficial for the Tripa type. Tofu is a good source of protein and is easily digestible, while the addition of sunflower oil, paprika powder and jamu:MAGIC add warmth and flavor to the dish. Ingredients

  • 250 g natural tofu
  • 1 garlic clove
  • 2-3 tablespoons organic SUNFLOWER OIL
  • 2 ML jamu:MAGIC
  • 1/2 tbsp paprika powder
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon almond butter
  • black bread
  • Parsley

Here's how it's done:

  1. Place 2-3 slices of black bread in the oven at 150° C.
  2. Peel and press the garlic and fry it in a little sunflower oil in a pan until translucent.
  3. Mash the tofu with a fork and add it to the pan.
  4. Add paprika powder and jamu:MAGIC and fry over medium heat for 2-3 minutes.
  5. Mix the soy sauce with the almond paste, fold in and fry briefly.
  6. Serve the warm, crispy black bread with the scramble and fresh parsley and mmmmmh enJOY!
