Ingredients
- 250 g natural tofu
- 1 garlic clove
- 2-3 tablespoons organic SUNFLOWER OIL
- 2 ML jamu:MAGIC
- 1/2 tbsp paprika powder
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon almond butter
- black bread
- Parsley
Here's how it's done:
- Place 2-3 slices of black bread in the oven at 150° C.
- Peel and press the garlic and fry it in a little sunflower oil in a pan until translucent.
- Mash the tofu with a fork and add it to the pan.
- Add paprika powder and jamu:MAGIC and fry over medium heat for 2-3 minutes.
- Mix the soy sauce with the almond paste, fold in and fry briefly.
- Serve the warm, crispy black bread with the scramble and fresh parsley and mmmmmh enJOY!
