Ingredients - 3 people
- 2 cups coconut milk
- 2 ML jamu:MAGIC
- 3 tablespoons chia seeds
- 1-2 tablespoons maple syrup
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
Topping:
- 1 cup coconut yogurt
- fresh berries
Here's how it's done:
- Mix coconut milk with 1-2 tablespoons of syrup, vanilla extract and 2 ml of jamu:MAGIC.
- Stir in 3 tablespoons of chia seeds, let it rest for 10 minutes, stir again and place in the fridge for 1-2 hours until the mixture has set nicely.
- In 3 glasses, alternate a layer of chia pudding and a layer of coconut yoghurt.
- Garnish with fresh berries and enjoy.
