Ingredients for 2 servings
- 2 persimmons
- 2 tsp kids-fit:CACAO
- 2 tbsp nut butter (we ship hazelnut butter)
For the semolina topping:
- 200 ml oat milk
- 2 tbsp spelt semolina
- 1 tsp date sugar
- A pinch of vanilla powder
Here's how it's done:
- For the pudding, peel the persimmons and puree them with the kids-fit:CACAO and the nut butter.
- Divide the pudding into two glasses and chill.
- For the semolina topping, stir the semolina into cold oat milk and bring to a boil while stirring.
- Stir in the date sugar and vanilla, let it cool briefly, then beat it with a mixer until fluffy and pour it over the persimmon pudding in the glasses.
- Enjoy immediately or chill first, as desired.
