Protein Brownies – enjoyment meets health

These protein brownies are not only incredibly delicious, but also a true power food! Combining nutrient-rich ingredients like almond protein, cocoa, and nut butter, they deliver high-quality plant-based proteins, valuable fats, and antioxidants. They're free of refined sugar and full of natural flavors—perfect for a healthy, guilt-free snack.

Effect on the three constitutional types

  • Lung (airy, sensitive nature) – The brownies have a grounding and warming effect, which benefits lung types. The combination of nuts, cocoa, and maple syrup stabilizes the mind and promotes inner peace.
  • Tripa (fiery, dynamic nature) – The recipe contains no heating ingredients, so it won't "fire up" tripa types. The cocoa also has antioxidant and balancing effects.
  • Beken (structured, cool nature) – The brownies are easy to digest and, thanks to cocoa and vanilla, provide a gentle stimulus that can harmonize the sluggish Beken type.

Enjoy these brownies as a healthy alternative to classic desserts – full of flavor, energy, and balance!
